
Milk pumpkin pilaf
Process: • Peel the pumpkins and cut them into cubes; • Wash them until the long rice starch is removed. Add melted butter to the bottom of the pot and sprinkle the rice, then arrange the pumpkins on top. This process is repeated until the pumpkins and rice are finished; • Add warm water, salt and sugar to the warm milk and pour it over the pilaf. Boil it over medium heat on the gas. As soon as the water dries up, pour butter again on it and let it brew for 1 hour on the iron over high heat; • Remove the scales from the salted fish, cut open the belly and clean the inside. Cook on well-washed and watered oiled paper for 15 minutes on both sides. When the pilaf is served, it is served with the salted fish.
