Sauteed Chicken Potato Balls

Boil the potatoes until soft without peeling them. Heat oil in a saucepan for chicken saute. Then, small chopped chicken fillets are fried in a pan until they change color. Then onion and garlic are added and sauteed a little. Then add peppers, and after 1-2 minutes, chopped mushrooms are added. When the mushrooms are cooked, tomato paste, salt and spices are added and set aside. Boiled potatoes (necessarily in warm form) are peeled and crushed. Add cheddar cheese, milk, salt, thyme and mix again. From the obtained masses, parts the size of mandarins are separated and shaped into balls. Chicken stuffing is added to the hole we opened in the middle. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and place the balls in a baking dish with tomato paste added to water. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until cheese topping get melt. It is ready to be served after it cools down.
