Puff pastry with cottage cheese
We grease the finished frozen dough and put two layers on top of each other. We roll out the dough and cut it like a roulette. We put cottage cheese and jam in the logs and twist the mouth. Then we put an egg yolk on top and cook it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the top is browned. Bon Appetit!
