Chicken Quesadilla
Chicken fillet is cut into cubes. Add thyme, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and half a lemon juice, mix and marinate for 10-15 minutes. Then peppers and tomatoes are cut into cubes. Olive oil, fillet, peppers and tomatoes are added to the pan and cooked. Another pan is heated and a small amount of vegetable oil is poured into it. A sheet of pita bread is placed in a pan, and grated Dutch cheese is poured into one part. Then the prepared chicken mixture is added on top of the cheese. At the end, we pour cheese again, cover one side of lavash on top of the other and fry both sides. After it is ready, we serve it with ketchup (or chili sauce). Bon Appetit!
