Caesar salad
Mix 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, thyme, black pepper, red pepper and salt. Cut 2 chicken fillets into 4 parts and marinate them in this mixture for half an hour. Fry the marinated meat in vegetable oil. To prepare the sauce, add 2 eggs, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1 glass of butter, salt, and the juice of half lemon and mix with a blender. Cut 3 slices of bread into cubes. After frying the chopped garlic in vegetable oil, take the garlic out of the pan and fry the bread in that oil to prepare crusted bread. Divide the lettuce or Chinese cabbage into several parts with your hands. Add the prepared sauce on it and mix thoroughly. Then put it in a serving bowl, add the prepared chicken, crusted bread, and cherry tomatoes. All done, enjoy!
